Commercial Electro Plating offers both bright nickel and electroless nickel plating services. Bright nickel, which is typically used for decorative applications, offers a shiny hard finish, while electroless nickel offers similar properties with enhanced corrosion resistance. Electroless nickel plating provides uniform coverage in recesses and cavities, with no material build up on the edges.
We offer electroless nickel plating with two finishing options, mid and high-phosphorus. High phosphorus electroless nickel plating offers a finish that is similar in color to stainless steel with high corrosion protection. Mid phosphorus offers a brighter finish but has lower corrosion protection.
When applied to steel, brass, copper, or aluminum these finishes exhibit superior wear properties and satisfy the stringent requirements demanded by both ASTM B-733 and Mil-spec Mil-C-2-607B. Our bright nickel plating line can accommodate components up to 90" x 30" x 27", while our electroless nickel line handles parts measuring up to 45" x 34" x 27". Both run efficiently for orders from prototype to large scale production with lead times of 2-3 days, and rush services are always available. We are committed to quality and ensuring that your parts have a long-lasting finish that meets your exacting tolerances.
